I was lucky enough to ride with Lilo Fore about a week ago. I'm also blessed to be able to work with Heather McCarthy on a regular basis. So grateful for everyone's input. The focus on every ride , correct fundamentals for correct connection. Everyday is a work in progress but grateful for the improvements!
